Bocce League SignUP

Bocce League Rules

Galileo Club Bocce Ball League has 8 super hot teams that will be competing each Monday thru the Summer and into September.

The first three Bocce Ball contests pitted team Spirit of St. Louis against The Big la Bocce. Then teamUrine Trouble went up against Son of a Bocce.  Lastly, team Wienerschnitzel's took on Father and Son.

These teams played grueling matches against each other and it was just as grueling to watch.

So if you like to be entertained, or even roll a few Bocce Balls down our lanes, come on down every Monday, except holidays, and see teams like President's Choice play Just 4 Laughs

If you can't take this grueling action, you can always hangout in our bar and watch baseball or some other sports event on our big screen T.V.

Lane 2 is for free play,  while the tournament plays on lane 1.  Doors open at 6pm and close around 9pm.

Several meetings were held at the club for those interested in helping with, or playing Bocce Ball. We had very good turn outs. Even members of the ladies Auxiliary attended. We formed a Galileo Club Bocce League. Tony Ruggiero will be the league manager and flyers, for those interested in playing or helping with the Bocce league, will be sent out in a future newsletter.

Two teams were formed and competed in the East Bay Italian Clubs Bocce Ball Tournament at the Fratellanze Club in September 2012. The ladies also competed!

Club members renovated our Bocce Ball recreation area. This is the only INDOOR Bocce Ball court in the east bay. No rain will ever fall on our parade. Stay tuned for some photos of the renovation that will be posted here.
